DiD You Know?
in brief: DiD You Know?
If you feel like eating but are not sure if you’re really hungry, ask yourself if you’d like to have an apple. If the answer is ‘no’, you’re most likely bored rather than hungry.

Thinking ‘old’ thoughts might be aging you prematurely
internet
The number one thing that can age someone is feeling old. When we feel younger, we’re more hopeful, we have more productive workouts, and we’re more in touch with the possibilities life has to offer, which makes us more optimistic. In fact, a 2016 study in Health Psychology concluded that people who feel older than their actual age are more than likely to be hospitalized. The younger we can feel, the better it is for us.

Does smoking shorten life-span?
in brief:Stop fuming!
Don’t buy into that my-granny-smoked-and-lived-to-be-90 crud – not even the tobacco giants believe it. Apart from the well-known risks of heart disease and cancer, orthopaedic surgeons have found that smoking accelerates bone density loss and constricts blood flow. So you could live to be a 90-year-old amputee who smells of stale tobacco smoke. Unsexy.

What are the benefits of earthing?
in brief: Get Grounded
The ideal location for walking barefoot is the beach, close to or in the water, as sea water is a great conductor. Your body also contains mostly water, so it creates a good connection. A close second would be a grassy area, especially if it's covered with dew, which is what you'd find if you walk early in the morning.

Stretch in the Morning!
in brief: Stretch in the Morning!
Instead of snoozing in the morning, you can use your time more wisely. Stretch your back, your legs, and your neck. It will wake your body from sleep. Stretching in the morning increases blood flow to your muscles providing an extra shot of oxygen and preparing them for a new day.
